Welcome to La Botte d’Asperges. I am honoured to make you discover new flavours, dishes and my work on creative wine pairings, through an elaborate cuisine based on selected products. In order to ensure the quality of our food, our beef meat comes exclusively from France.
To be in tune with the current season and my cuisine, I favour local sourcing through partnerships with our local producers.
